Perfecta Skirt/Capelet Pattern

Description
This cute piece was originally designed as a flared skirt, but then I discovered it looked really great as a capelet - hence the name “Pefecta” as it goes 2 ways.
The ribbed top is very stretchy so the added twisted cord helps to keep it in place.
The lacy design flows from paired eyelets to leaves which increase in size as your work progresses, ending with paired eyelets around the hem.

This pattern calls for 5 to 8 hanks of the Bijou Spun Fingering Weight 100% Yak yarn for sizes XS to 2XL.
